Jamie L. Parasiliti is a nationally board certified hearing aid specialist in Falconer, NY who opened The Hearing Place in 2021 after fifteen years in the industry. She bought the building on East Main Street, a spot locals still remember as a hair salon, and renovated it into a hearing center. Rebecca McCoy is the Patient Care Coordinator at The Hearing Place. As a Western New York native, Becca enjoys getting to know people and finding creative ways to brighten their day. She is passionate about helping others and loves being part of a team dedicated to improving lives through better hearing. She is looking forward to advancing her clinical training to earn her dispensing license in the future. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, their dog, and four cats, and believes life's best moments are the simple ones shared with the people and pets you love.
